Recently Bungie announced that if you get all of the vidmaster achievements then you will be rewarded with recon. You need to purchase "Halo 3: Recon", which is expected to come out Fall 2009, and that will come with more achievements you have to get. Q: What did PALMOUR do to get his recon armor?
