ILIE NĂSTASE, UN MARE CAMPION
BackCel mai valoros tenisman român din toate timpurile, unul dintre cei mai originali jucători de tenis din lume. Împreună cu Ion Ţiriac a calificat România de trei ori în finala Cupei Davis - 1969,1971,1972 - şi a cucerit numeroase competiţii internaţionale : Forest Hills - 1972, Roland Garros - 1973, finalist la Wimbledon în 1972. Este cel mai bun tenisman european al anilor 1970 şi numărul 1 mondial în 1973. A triumfat de patru ori în Turneul Campionilor - 1971, 1972, 1973 şi 1975.
