Still Not Ready: US Unprepared for Bioterrorism or Pandemic

Center for American Progress Policy Analyst Andy Grotto warns that a new report has grim news on American preparedness for a biological weapons attack or outbreak of a disease pandemic like the avian flu. 11 states, and Washington DC dont even have the ability to detect a bioterror threat and only 15 US states are in a position to respond to a biological attack.
