FCC Hearing: Robb Topolski on Comcast TCP Resets
BackThe FCC held a hearing on Network Neutrality at Stanford University, 4/17/08. Here is testimony from Robb Topolski revealing how he found out Comcast was using forged TCP Reset packets to shut down Gnutella transmissions of his barbershop quartet files.
