methinks the CBC is chasing the 'wind' on this one ... I need the explanation of 'first priciples' by which H.A.A.R.P affects the weather. If all it takes is a diesel-generator driven HF (High Frequency) array of transmitting antennas we are ALL in trouble. The combined RF energy output of all cell sites far outstrips the RF energy output by the HAARP system.

well it is the goal of those in control to achieve a system that is almost complete free of human control ..thusly the planet can be controled...everyone who doesn't want this stuff to "fall into the wrong hands" needs to wake up,get dressed,get educated,join goverment,be a shot caller...or shut the fuck up. NO.... there are many other ways to 'defend'. HAARP has the capacity (and mark it, it has and will do these things and more) to generate wave patterns in the ionosphere, 'microwave' atmospheric conditions anywhere in the world, send out 'laser' (more appropriately gamma and beta rays) thousands of miles through arcs and triangulated coordinates... the list goes from there... it is a super 'microwave' that can disrupt electromagnetic fields of ANY kind ;-).
