I'm a comcast telelmarketer. And like, its not funny. :/ lol. It's harder to know everything than you'd think. They make us switch campaigns often. And i'm 16. so I do school for 8 hours before, so be nice. We don't know it all. xP

Why do companies outsource to other countries. American people are the ones who use their services. America is in trouble enough. Keep our money home on our land. Comcast outsource their call and billing center.
