Oh, and furthermore, there are plenty of practical reasons for people to be moral without any need for some Invisible Sky Daddy to hand down a bunch of rules to us. You refrain from hurting others, because you don't want others to hurt you. You help others, because you wish others to help you if you're ever in need. This is the basis for all laws and ethics everywhere, and is pretty much the same as the Golden Rule of your Jesus. Try googling "social contract".

Sigh. Evolution can explain morality very well, T.T. Many mammals, including humans, evolved cooperative social instincts which allow them to survive much better as a cohesive group than if they lived a cutthroat kill or be killed "free for all" type of life (as reptiles and fish do, for instance).

You don't even know what an agnostic is. An agnostic takes the position that the existence of God can neither be objectively proven nor disproven. An atheist lacks belief in a god. One can be BOTH an atheist and an agnostic, the 2 terms are not mutually exclusive. One can also be an agnostic theist, which is someone who does believes in God but it's on faith alone and acknowledges that no objective proof is possible. Get an education.

There is no comparison here. Any Christians who are being persecuted in the world, are doing it purely for the sake of a nonexistent God and thinking they will go to a nonexistent Heaven. There is no virtue in dying for a stupid belief and thinking you're going to get rewarded for it. But this girl is being bullied for no other reason than because she doesn't believe in somebody elses invisible sky fairy, and she's not expecting any kind of reward for her refusal.

Atheists usually aren't stupid enough to martyr themselves since they know there is no afterlife, but any atheist who lives in an Islamic country and dares to openly deny belief in the Abrahamic god effectively has no legal protections whatsoever and is deemed an outlaw. At least Christians are considered "dimmhi", which are essentially second class citizens.

Richard Dawkins = the Atheist/Darwin mascot? :) Heres a random thing i learned today. Christopher Hitchens..is pro-life! lol don't believe me check it out in Youtube..there's a video of him confessing ..Might be the only major thing I'll ever agree with Hitchens. Just thought i'd tell the world..I'm so proud of him.

If you ask me..EVERYTHING in nature shows that there is a GOD. Morality..and other Laws are also proof of God. Without God..why would there be laws? Evolution can't explain morality or Design, What started before Matter and time, and How did life start. really..lol Evolution is a joke. And it will go down in history as "the Joke of the Century".

Most Christians i know wouldn't discriminate against atheist or any other faith, If they do it goes against the Bible.. "love your enemies as yourself" But really..to say you are an atheist..you really have to Know for a fact that God doesn't exist. and since that is impossible. I really can't take atheist seriously. I'm sorry lol at least agnostics are mostly honest in saying they have no clue of either way.

This is a story of One girl..getting bullied by "so called Christians" I don't disagree that there might be discrimination against atheist.. But let me know when you are hated by the world..and let me know when atheist take their Beliefs to the point of being killed and imprisonment.
