4unitedMAN is correct my girlfriends neice took off with her bf. they were wanted . and the cops talked to my gf and said she said she took my cell phone. they asked her what the number was then tracked them found them hid in the woods about 400 miles away .

weird but i dont think there is power on the rfid chip itself. so how could it be used for gps?
