unfortunately the new 7z right click menu doesnt offer options as "extract here" on files that dont have the 7z extension. So u have to use "open with" and choose 7z to open it up...

Theres another way of hiding stuff in images and the file size of the image will be exactly the same :P but it's more complicated, you need to change the least significant bit, in for example a 16-bit bmp image to what you are hiding but theres obvious limitations, you'd probably need few images to store something big but that makes it harder to crack :D
