Please write a song about sun powered houses are hot. Real freedom from oil & coal. Solar houses. What rhymes with solar? Freedom? Independence? Free?

I was 5 when this song was out. I loved it back then because my name is Michelle, it was a nice change from everyone singing 'Michelle, ma belle' once every week or so to me lol. Just listened to it again after so many years, what a sad song. Was looking for a song to play at my funeral but this really needs to be chosen by someone who knows you,not one you choose for yourself. Wonder what he is doing these days (I dont actually believe it is him posting comments on this forum!!!) lol

It's Jacques Brel. Jacks did a cover of the english version and modified the last verse, as it seems. So mainly he modified the english lyrics but did not write the song. Although seeing as he completely simplyfied the harmony and arrangement it can't really be called the same song anymore.
