I totally agree with you . It makes no sense comparing two people ... I just wonder sometimes what would have happened if he would have been born the same time as Elvis, Ricky Nelson and all those guys ... I love his music , I've been listening to him since I was in High School . I always loved Wicked Games but what got me was the album San Francisco Days ...I was sold right then and there .

fair enough. the problem with comparisons is that it takes away the uniqueness of the individuals involved. i.e. there is only 1 Elvis and there is only 1 Chris Isaak. they both are great artists.

Have you ever seen him live ? I have 2 or 3 times and I'm telling you , in person he's got a charisma and talent that reminds me of what people say about Elvis ( plus , he writes his own songs , Elvis never wrote a song ;-) ) I'm not knocking Elvis ( I love hime too ) but I'm just sayin...

lets not get carried away. Elvis was and still is the King. Chris Isaak is definitely talented but more impressive is that he is an all round nice guy which is rare to find in stars nowdays.

Chris Isaak just recently appeared on the Australian talk show Rove, and OMG he is still as good looking now as he was when he was younger... His voice is so beautiful...
