Your statement indicates precisely how deluded you really are. The contradictions and errors in the bible are well documented and yes, there is NO eternal consequence. The universe is totally random and only spineless imbecilles who need exact answers to complex questions need the crutch it provides while ignoring the stupidity of it.

This song is truthfully amazing. This song is just about general activism...I doubt it's making a direct political statement. It's beautiful because it's celebrating our accomplishments over the last century...screw the politics let's be happy for what we have.

And humanism is a pathetic attempt to justify the sins of a flawed society by saying that there is no eternal consequence. The funny thing is that the Bible has been around for well over a millinium, has hundreds of pages of writing spanning out over 4 millinuim and there still isnt a single area where it contridicts itself, while The Origin of Species cant go two pages with out disproving itself.
