I'd have to agree with that observation about se7en and the impact it's title sequence had. It certainly opened my eyes.

without doubts, Altered States is my favourite movie credit sequence of this lot... though Catch Me If you Can is so funny!

Mars A-fucking-ttacks! has some of the worst design for titles i have ever seen. i'm sorry. lagit movie my babbess, but wack titles.
