i get tired of fixing these companies issues that they cause. at least my immediate family members bring their computer to me to be fixed. my advise people. buy a computer repair for dummies and read it. you will learn more from that book and you will save money too. im certified in hardware and software repair and for novises this is the best way to take care of it yourself.

the thing is, everything these guys listed is a valid reason given the circumstances of the problem. their mistake: diagnosing all the expensive problems before the cheap ones. diagnosing a dead motherboard before bothering to check the RAM is comparable to a doctor saying you have lung cancer when in fact its just the flu. these guys need to work on their process of thought. they know the facts, but have no clue on how to apply it to real life.
