How much paneer did he use in this? I think I missed that bit coz he appears to have given the quantities for everything else.

this doesn't work well with the milk in the usa because of the way the milk is pasteurized

Food is love, love is food. Making food for friends family and loved ones is purrrrrrrrrrre love. This is something that goes back MILLIONS of years, pre-dating any culture or religious blah. Its in our bones. I dont see how you can make food love without using your hands. You HAVE to use your hands...not a damn machine. Otherwise, just give your wife a dildo and you can go eat supermarket bread

hey ther is no need of a machine. milk ... boil the milk... add citric acid or pure Lemon juice to hit. leav it for some time. then take a bowl.. put a white cloth over the bowl.. now see the vesssel with milk wher v put citric acid/lemon.. it wud be formed some kind of cheese like sustance.. pour it over the bowl ) cloth. water filters. tat white substance stays on top of cloth. squeeze the cloth. keep it in gridge. fresh paneer ready.

i appreciate the caliber of your videos. i can EASILY calibrate one of your recipes to my tastes with the ingredients I have on hand. I honor your knowledge and your willingness to share your knowledge with us. Very kind of you. For the viewers who are new to the basic fundamentals of cooking, AND who are leaving disrespectful comments, may i suggest searching either "Sandra Lee" or "Rachael Ray" for your future kitchen disasters? They are idiots; I'm sure you will get along swimmingly.

Take a chill pill and relax, man. This suggestion is for the chef. I don't understand why you are freaking out on it big time. Just as you said, even I live in democracy and have the right to give suggestions. I don't care whether YOU agree with them or not. At least, I have the decency not to call him a "strange guy" just because he added garlic many times.

Vegetables and fruits plucked with their mouths or stand under an apple tree with gaping mouths for the fruits to fall right into their mouths.
mishalina (October 12th, 2008 @ 5:38 pm)
Actually...if you're going to be technical, he added it three times. 1) Chopped Garlic 2) Ginger-Garlic Base 3) Chili Garlic Sauce No such thing as too much garlic! That's what I always say!
